其实桌面快捷方式打不开，是很好办的，
桌面快捷方式打不开了,双击以后出的是该快捷方式的属性.双击桌面上的所有图标，无法打开，提示“该文件没有程序与之关联来执行操作。请在控制面板来自的文件夹选项中创建关联”。

处理方法：新建记事本--复制下面代码进去--保存到桌面取名为1.reg（扩展名是：.reg）--双击该文件即可（问题解决）

描述：就是桌面的什么都能打开,磁盘文件也能正常打开,就是发到桌面快捷方式打不开,创建快捷方式也打不开,没反应了，杀也没有用。
处理方法：新建记事本--复制下面代码进去--保存到桌面取名为1.reg（扩展名是：.reg）--双击该文件即可（问题解决）
