2003年度的阿根廷总统竞选广告

对拥有2千多年封建历史，将近60年新建国史的中国来说，“竞选”是个洋味十足的舶来词汇。适逢美国大选，我国媒体竞相报道，民众广泛关注，在大马路上随便拽住个大叔大婶也能对此侃侃而谈。

把人家总统候选人的来龙去脉知道的一清二楚，倒不是咱们真比美国人民还操心美国的命运，一方面可能大家都想过过选民瘾，另一方面因为人家的总统选举真是太好玩了，堪比一场娱乐盛筵。

竞选娱乐化推手之一就是竞选广告，今年奥巴马已经把广告做到网络游戏里，离我们比较近、台湾马英九的竞选广告可以在youtube上轻松找到，只是有点不能相信这是台湾的总统竞选广告，实在非常CCTV。相比较下面这支阿根廷总统竞选广告，可以拍手叫好了。

这支影片以非常简单的形式呈现，画面上只有如诗般排列的文字，由横跨荧幕的色幅每次明示意行文句，色幅首先向下，文句逐句导读：

这是事实
我们即使彻底改革，也不会成为全世界最好的国家
我会是说谎，如果我说
阿根廷的未来远大
国境安宁
我们的经济会强劲
我们的儿童会健康成长，受教育，有工作
先于一切你必须知道
我们的国家不该得到这些
我确信这点，因为我了解阿根廷人
贪污腐败存在我们的天性中
我拒绝相信，在任何状况下
我们能成为伟大的国家
感谢人民以选票作主
这个国家开始更深刻的思考
但未来还有更多惊奇
阿根廷只有一个命运
不管我们喜欢与否
这是现实

然后，色幅回转，配乐声骤变，每次一行明示出的文句读道：

Lopez Murphy是阿根廷的政治经济学者，曾任国防与经济部长。他是阿根廷目前唯一中间偏右政党“联邦重建运动荡”的创办人与领导人。这位学者出身获有芝加哥大学学位的政治人，在2003年度出马竞选总统，在第一轮投票中以16%的得票比例位列第三而落败。前两名进入第二轮投票的候选人得票分别是22%和24%。

本篇广告获得了戛纳广告节的银狮奖。
