公司董事长陈娟红是我国第一位荣获“世界超级模特”称号的杰出的职业模特，至今仍频繁活跃在T型台上。
公司艺术总监张舰先生是我国著名的模特经纪人，在美国从事模特经纪行业多年，具有深厚的国际背景和丰富的专业知识以及市场运作经验，曾主持策划并实施了第一至第五届中国超级精英模特大赛，被公认为这一领域的权威人士。
Galaxy与世界上一些主要模特管理机构建立了良好的合作关系，像世界著名的Elite Model Management Group和Manhunt International等。从1999年开始，Galaxy已经连续两年得到上述两大国际模特管理集团的授权，每年在中国国内举办世界精英模特大赛中国选拔赛(Elite ModelLook China)和世界男模大赛中国选拔赛(Manhunt International China)，决山的冠军代表中国参加世界大赛。前年的99“雅戈尔世界男模大赛中国选拔赛”和99“美宝莲世界女模大赛中国选拔赛”在国内产生了巨大的影响；特别是雅戈尔大赛，是中国境内首次举办的男性模特赛事。去年的“索芙特2000世界精英模特人赛中国选拔赛”和“吉列2000世界男模大赛中国选拔赛”再次取得了圆满的成功。目前，这两项大型赛事已经成为Galaxy的保留项日。

1999年，Galaxy相继承办了南京服装节、宁波服装节两个地区性时尚活动。为杉杉时装举办了16个城市的全国性巡回展。2000年，又为吉列(中国)有限公司和索芙特化妆品股份有限公司在全国20余个城市做了巡回演出。在“如意”长城秀及“五朝---皮尔·卡丹”两个大型服饰系列展示活动中，不仅派出了数十名国内知名模特，还聘请了世界名模，使这两场“服装秀”成为了国内时尚界的大事。2001年4月，Galaxy在全国30余个城市为世界著名品牌---黛安芬做立时3个月、180余场的全国巡演。
Galaxy还十分重视对新人的培养，其下属的北京凯莱希时装模特职业培训学校良好的硬件环境、雄厚的师资力量和丰富的教学经验，确保了为其输送源源不断的合格的后备力量。
演艺中心具有创意性编导队伍，他们是演艺中心的灵魂；40名优秀的签约职业演员是演艺中心的基础，大多数演员曾在全国性比赛中获奖；演艺中心的另一个特点是对社会开放的舞蹈课程，这些有针对性的舞蹈课程由专业老师担任教员。这里即是专业舞蹈演员切磋技艺和沟通信息的俱乐部又是社会上舞蹈爱好者聚集的好地方。
Galaxy Fashion Promotion
Galaxy Fashion Promotion was founded in 1998 by supermodel Judy Chen and director Jerry Zhang. It is divided into 6 companies: Galaxy Model Management, Galaxy Productions, Y Fashion TV Studio, Galaxy Fashion Dance Studio, Galaxy Modeling School and Elite Galaxy Shanghai.
Galaxy Model Management
Galaxy Model Management leads the industry in locating, training and promoting models all over China. The models are separated into four groups: Fashion, Commercial, International, and New Face Development. Over 120 models are signed with Galaxy’s main office in Beijing, making it one of the largest agencies in China. Galaxy also belongs to a network of over 20 agencies nationwide with over 380 models. Galaxy is working with agencies in France, United States, Canada, Norway, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong to build a network with the intent to broaden the Chinese market need for professional international models.
We take care of our models by providing dormitories and information on other forms of accommodation, finance, education and governmental procedures. We like to think of the agency as one big family. Galaxy knows that the life of a model can be very stressful, and we try everything in our power to keep the model happy. We also work hard to train and promote our models to their highest potential.
Galaxy Productions
Galaxy Productions is the first professional fashion production company in China. Our staff specializes in producing shows and other promotional events for fashion companies. Our motto is "Create, Conduct and Carry-through." Our staff include producers, designers, directors, dance choreographers, lighting engineers, sound engineers, stage managers, backstage managers, and logistic managers. Together we can design, plan and carry out any event relating to fashion, whether it be a fashion show, meeting, party, national celebration, promotional event or competition. Galaxy Modeling School
Galaxy Modeling School was founded in 1999. The school’s motto is "I believe in myself, I will be the best I can be." Influenced by methods from the United States and Europe, the teachers pay attention to the cultivation of every student’s fullest potential. The students study a curriculum including: modeling, analysis of the modeling market, individual image development, make-up and hair, nutrition, body building and toning, manners, and English. Recent graduates from the school include: Ding Ning, Top Ten winner in 2002 Elite Model Look China; Wang Yang, 2nd place winner in 2001 Elite Model Look China; Xu Hui, Top Ten winner in 2001 Manhunt.
Galaxy Fashion Dance Studio
The Dance Studio explores the art of modern dance and its place in the fashion scene. Led by choreographer Zhou Junle (Johnny Joe), and supported by over 40 nationally acclaimed dancers, it is constantly exploring new avenues of expression during fashion shows and events. The following all included performances by the Dance Studio: "Tristan & Ysert" (French Musical), Wang Xinyuan Great Wall show (first fashion show on the Great Wall of China), Triumph (Guiness Book of World Records longest running fashion show), Pierre Cardin, Marja Kurki, Motorola, Legend Computers, Lexmark, OuPuse, Li Ning Sports, and Tang Wei.
Galaxy Y Fashion TV Studio
Y Studio produces, designs, shoots and edits broadcast-quality programs and VCD’s. Y Studio has many years of experience with fashion production. Over the years, Y has collected many fashion shows and clips on cassette and VCD that are now available for rental. We have worked closely with over 40 Chinese television stations to produce fashion programs with strong viewer support. Our critically acclaimed productions have aired on over 40 stations in China. Y Studio also has a wealth of experience working with clients to promote their product in China.
Elite Galaxy Model Shanghai
Elite Galaxy Model Shanghai is a joint venture between Galaxy Model Management and Elite Model Management. The company combines Galaxy’s knowledge of the Chinese market and Elite’s international experience to provide Shanghai with the best Chinese and international models the world has to offer.
